Here's how it works: you can participate by adopting a rubber duck, and each adopted duck is entered into a thrilling race down the fountain at the Rockwall Harbor. The lucky winner of the rubber duck race will receive the grand prize—a brand new Jeep Wrangler to take on any adventure!
